SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) — Austin James Vincent, the person accused of attacking a girl exterior her San Francisco condo constructing, has been launched, in accordance with Maxwell Szabo, spokesman for the San Francisco District Lawyer’s Workplace.

Video reveals Paniz Kosarian making an attempt to get by the entrance door of her constructing, when Vincent, believed to be homeless, grabs her, pulling her away from the door and onto the bottom.

The 25-year-old suspect was arrested and charged with false imprisonment, tried theft, and two counts of battery for the incident.

He pleaded “not responsible” at his arraignment Tuesday.

Regardless of his expenses and considerations from the prosecution, he was launched.
