A Queens man who deliberately killed his girlfriend’s canine was sentenced to 6 months in jail on Tuesday.
Brando Henriquez was handed the sentence following his responsible plea final week to expenses of aggravated animal cruelty, in accordance with the Queens District Lawyer’s Workplace.
“The defendant on this case deliberately killed his girlfriend’s canine after which callously left the animal’s battered corpse in a close-by car parking zone,” Performing Queens District Lawyer John M. Ryan stated.
