A Memphis capturing protest and riot in Frayser has left officers and reporters on the scene with minor accidents, in response to native studies.
The capturing occurred within the 2000 block of Durham in Memphis and concerned the Gulf Coast Regional Fugitive Job Drive, a U.S. Marshal Service, at about 7 p.m. native time, officers mentioned. Officers haven’t launched any particulars on the capturing.
A number of officers and a minimum of two reporters suffered minor accidents on the scene.
“A number of officers have obtained minor accidents on account of people throwing bricks/rocks on the officers. Officers are being examine by paramedics. That is nonetheless an energetic scene. MPD officers are securing the world in order that TBI could make the scene,” Memphis police wrote on Twitter.

An area reporter, Luke Jones with WREG-TV, mentioned he was hit within the head and knocked to the bottom, forcing him to maneuver to a brand new location.
Rebecca Butcher with Native Information 24 mentioned her photographer was injured.
