Joe Giudice flying again to Italy forward of deportation case ruling

Teresa Giudice‘s husband, Joe Giudice, shall be flying again to Italy to await a remaining resolution in his present deportation case.

The household’s legal professional, James J. Leonard Jr., confirmed to Web page Six that Giudice shall be heading again to his native nation tonight — October 11 — after two judges signed off on his request to have the US Immigration and Customs Enforcement launch him from custody.

Teresa, 47, who has been married to Joe for 20 years, has not issued an announcement. The “Actual Housewives of New Jersey” star shares kids Gia, 18, Gabriella, 15, Milania, 14, and Audriana, 10, with Joe.

“It’s a tragic time with my husband and every part so we’re going to try to work it out as finest we will,” Teresa shared through Us Weekly about her husband’s case. “Crucial factor is our 4 daughters, so I’m hoping Joe is ready to keep in the US.”

Giuidice was taken into custody by ICE after serving a 41-month sentence for conspiracy and fraud prices.
