Ja Rule reportedly owes the IRS over $2M


Ja Rule’s tax troubles proceed to plague him.

The rapper-turned-businessman, who’s already served time for tax evasion, allegedly owes the IRS over $2 million, studies Bossip.

In response to the web site, the IRS issued a lien for $443,442 for again taxes from revenue Ja Rule earned in 2016 in early March. Together with a separate, up to date lien for again taxes from 2005 by 2008, meaning the rapper reportedly owes the company a staggering $2,031, 753.

Ja Rule, who partnered with convicted fraudster Billy McFarland on the notorious Fyre Pageant, in 2011 obtained a 28-month jail sentence for tax evasion, which he served concurrently with a sentence for gun possession.

A rep for the rapper didn’t instantly reply to a request for remark.
